Fujian Longmei Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Longyan City, Fujian Province. The first phase of the project, featuring a 11,000-square-meter factory, has already been put into operation, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. The second phase, a wet-process biodegradable medical products production project, involves a total investment of 1.02 billion yuan and covers approximately 60 acres of land, with a total construction area of 38,831 square meters. This phase will be developed in two stages to establish an intelligent and green nonwoven fabric production base. The project focuses on the production and R&D of biodegradable and flushable wet-laid hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics, supported by Fujian’s first integrated wet-laid hydroentanglement fully automated production line. It incorporates a 5G+MES smart factory system to enable real-time production data monitoring and intelligent scheduling. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output of 25,000 tons of biodegradable and flushable hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics and 5,000 tons of medical hydroentangled nonwoven products, with an annual output value exceeding 1.5 billion yuan and profits and taxes surpassing 200 million yuan.

The company’s products include PP-wood pulp composite hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics, wood pulp composite hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics, and biodegradable and flushable hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics, among others. These are widely used in electronic industrial cleaning and wiping (such as dust-free cloths and papers), medical protection (such as medical protective clothing and masks), wet wipes and hygiene products (such as wet wipes and flushable wipes), beauty and personal care (such as facial masks), and packaging materials (such as various nonwoven packaging bags).
